Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only when a scheduled consultation is cancelled before 4 hours. Consultations cancelled at the last minute are not eligible for a refund.

Time Frame

Refund requests must be made within 7 days. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

Processing

Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after approval. Customers will receive an email notification regarding the status of their request.

Non-Refundable

• Last-minute cancellations
• Leaving after joining the session

Conditions

Refunds may require proof and a detailed explanation of the issue before approval.
